The Brief
The brief was to create a 30-second TV advert for Airdrop Golf, promoting its mystery golf subscription boxes to a younger, social golf audience. The campaign needed to drive subscriptions while building wider brand awareness, showcasing the excitement of ordering, receiving and using new golf gear with friends. With seasonal boxes, flexible delivery options and a mix of clothing, accessories and discovery-led products, the advert was designed to position Airdrop Golf as a fun, affordable and convenient way for golfers to refresh their kit, discover new brands and enjoy the game in a more relaxed, social way.
The Result
The campaign delivered a major uplift in visibility, engagement and online customer action for Airdrop Golf. During the campaign period, website traffic more than doubled, with active users and new users increasing by over 140% compared with the preceding period, while average engagement time also improved significantly. Organic traffic grew particularly strongly, suggesting the TV activity helped drive search interest and brand discovery, while direct traffic also increased, pointing to stronger brand recall. Ecommerce performance also moved positively, with purchases rising during the campaign period and clear transaction spikes aligning with key bursts of activity. Overall, the campaign helped introduce Airdrop Golf to a much wider audience, increase product consideration and support measurable online sales growth.
