Originally born from a car tyre manufacturer in Shibuya, Tokyo, the brand utilises multi-layer elastomer technology to create highly durable, visually vibrant grips that challenge traditional monochrome styles.
The Brief
The brief was to create a high-end TV advert for Cadero Grips that would introduce the brand to the market and build strong awareness among golfers. The campaign needed to position the product as a vibrant, premium and game-changing performance grip, while showcasing its technical credibility, broad appeal and strong visual identity in a way that felt polished rather than low-cost. The advert was also intended to support sales growth and help establish Cadero as an exciting new golf brand with real presence in the industry.
The Result
The campaign delivered a strong uplift in visibility and audience engagement for Cadero Grips. During the March to May 2025 campaign period, active users rose by 48.2%, new users increased by 48.1%, and average engagement time per active user improved by 10.1% versus the preceding period, with the analysis also noting clear traffic spikes around weekend TV activity. Overall sessions grew by 50.05%, key events increased by 68.18%, and ecommerce performance strengthened significantly, with product views up 34.42%, add-to-cart activity up 113.39%, and purchases up 106.25% compared with the previous period. The year-on-year picture was also very encouraging, with active users up 104.7%, new users up 107.4%, total sessions up 85%, and engaged sessions up 91.87%, showing that the campaign helped deliver substantially broader reach and stronger overall site activity.
