About Dossier
Dossier is an affordable fragrance brand famous for producing high-quality “dupes” (recreations) of luxury designer perfumes at a fraction of retail prices. All of their scents are formulated in Grasse, France using clean, non-toxic, vegan, and cruelty-free ingredients.
The Brief
The brief was to clear, deliver and air a client-supplied TV advert for Dossier across MTV, Sky Atlantic and ITV2, placing the fragrance brand in front of a broad and style-conscious television audience. The campaign was designed to support brand awareness for Dossier’s premium-quality, designer-inspired fragrances, helping introduce its accessible approach to luxury scent to UK viewers through a mix of entertainment, lifestyle and youth-skewing broadcast environments. Our role was to manage the advert through the TV clearance and delivery process, ensuring the creative was ready for broadcast and successfully aired across the selected channels.
The Result
The campaign delivered a strong uplift in awareness, site traffic and customer action for Dossier. During the campaign period, the brand saw clear growth in active users and new visitors, with engagement time also improving, showing that the activity helped drive both reach and quality traffic. Direct traffic increased significantly, suggesting stronger brand recall and prompted search behaviour, while paid traffic also benefited from increased demand. Ecommerce activity strengthened across the shopping journey, with more users viewing products, adding items to cart and completing purchases. Overall, the campaign helped introduce Dossier to a wider UK audience and generated clear positive signals across visibility, engagement and online customer intent.
