hup! is a revolutionary prefabricated building system created by Ultraframe. It uses highly insulated “Ultrapanels” rather than traditional brickwork, allowing homeowners to build extensions or convert old conservatories up to five times faster than traditional methods.
The Brief
The brief was to create a 30-second TV advert for hup! that would introduce homeowners to a faster, cleaner and more innovative way to transform old conservatories into modern, usable home extensions. The campaign needed to build brand awareness, encourage viewers to take action online and position hup! as a practical alternative to traditional building methods, with a focus on reliable timelines, reduced disruption, energy efficiency and design-led living space. Using transformation footage, before-and-after visuals and a friendly narration-led approach, the advert was designed to show how homeowners can reimagine their conservatory space and create something that feels genuinely new, practical and built for modern family life.
The Result
The campaign delivered a strong uplift in brand visibility and website traffic for hup!, helping introduce the home transformation brand to a wider audience. During the campaign period, active users, new users and total sessions all increased significantly, with direct, organic and paid traffic also showing positive movement. This suggests that the TV activity helped drive both brand recall and search interest, with more viewers visiting the site directly or looking for the brand online after seeing the advert.
