The Brief
The brief was to create a direct and engaging TV advert for National Intensive that would raise awareness of its intensive and semi-intensive driving courses across the UK. The campaign needed to clearly communicate the benefit of learning to drive faster, with a simple call to action that encouraged learners to visit the website, explore available courses and start their journey towards passing their test. With nationwide coverage, flexible course options and support for learners at different stages, the advert was designed to position National Intensive as a practical, accessible solution for people who want to get on the road sooner.
The Result
The campaign delivered a strong uplift in visibility and website traffic for National Intensive, helping the brand reach a significantly wider audience during the TV activity. Compared with the preceding period, active users and new users both increased by around 15%, while paid, direct and organic traffic all showed positive growth. The year-on-year results were particularly strong, with total users more than doubling and direct traffic increasing substantially, suggesting that the campaign helped drive brand recall and prompted viewers to visit the site directly. The analytics also showed clear traffic spikes around key airtime periods, indicating a strong immediate viewer response to the advert.
