About Reliked
Reliked is a UK-based resale platform where users shop new and pre-loved fashion, accessories, and sealed beauty products straight from the wardrobes of top influencers and celebrities. Founded in 2017 by Lisa Minoli, it offers high-street and luxury fashion at discounts of up to 80% off retail prices.
The Brief
The brief was to create a 30-second TV commercial for Reliked, a leading UK resale platform for pre-owned fashion from celebrities and influencers. The campaign needed to build brand awareness and drive sales by making the proposition instantly clear: customers can shop clothing, accessories, footwear and fashion pieces from their favourite influencers and celebrities at more accessible prices. With a female-skewed, social media-savvy audience in mind, the advert was designed to feel stylish, current and aspirational while positioning Reliked as a unique way to discover sought-after, sold-out and hard-to-find fashion through both TV and online activity.
The Result
The campaign helped Reliked maintain a strong online audience while improving the quality of site engagement and customer action. During the campaign period, visitors spent more time on the site, while direct traffic increased, suggesting the activity helped support brand recall and prompted people to visit the brand more intentionally. Ecommerce performance also strengthened, with purchases and total items purchased both increasing versus the preceding period, alongside noticeable spikes in activity around late November and early December. Overall, the campaign helped support Reliked’s seasonal visibility, product discovery and online shopping behaviour during an important retail period.
