The Brief
The brand wanted an inclusive TV commercial featuring women with a diverse range of ages, statuses, and body types as Comfort is for EVERYONE. Stripe & Stare specifically wanted Comfort as a prominent theme, they also wanted little to no makeup on the models and no photoshopping of the actor’s stretch marks as they were keen on encouraging the audience to embrace their natural beauty. The company wanted the commercial to be made simple but sharp. Another key objective of the TV campaign was to focus on the products and their benefits, whilst making the viewers aware that “this isn’t a products focused on its sexiness, it is for everyone”
