The Brief
The brief was to create two 30-second TV adverts for The Medical Travel Company, covering fertility treatment and dental/orthopaedic care. The campaign needed to build trust, credibility and direct enquiries by positioning the brand as a UK-led medical travel service connecting patients with high-quality treatment options in India. Across both adverts, the creative approach needed to feel modern, reassuring and professional, showing India as a culturally rich country with advanced healthcare facilities, experienced doctors and strong aftercare support. The fertility advert focused on the emotional journey of prospective parents, while the dental and orthopaedic advert highlighted faster access, affordability and the practical support available throughout the patient journey.
The Result
The campaign delivered a strong early uplift in awareness, website traffic and online engagement for The Medical Travel Company. Compared with the same period the previous year, total users, new visitors and sessions all increased significantly, showing that the activity helped introduce the brand to a much wider audience. Organic and direct traffic both grew strongly, suggesting that viewers were actively searching for the brand and visiting the website after seeing the adverts, while overall site activity also rose substantially. With key website actions recorded during the campaign period where there had been none in the year-on-year comparison, the results showed clear momentum and positive response for The Medical Travel Company across its fertility, dental and orthopaedic services.
